Since 1988 Beverley and her family have donated countless hours to promoting and supporting families interested in helping their children learn in stress-free, nurturing environments.

For decades Beverley and her family have donated their time and energy to support the creation and management of local and national homeschooling networks, including beginning and producing network newsletters, resource directories and magazines. She has organised and/or attended home education seminars, workshops, parent sessions, camps, expos, and spoken as a keynote speaker at major conferences. For many years she was an active member of national and state home education associations, regional and local home education groups.
