Help Support The Community Services On Homeschool Australia
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the growing collection of homeschooling community support services you will find on Homeschool Australia -- Newsletter, Online Support Group, Australian Home Education Directory, personal replies by Beverley Paine to your emails, as well as the hundreds of pages on the Curriculum site, etc. We need your help to keep the suite of Homeschool Australia websites online.

Why We Need Your Help
Homeschool Australia is owned and managed by Beverley and Robin Paine. The work done to maintain and support Homeschool Australia's online presence is done on a voluntary basis. As our operating expenses are relatively low we can afford to invest considerable time and energy into providing the free homeschooling community support services, such as those listed above and on the menu at your right.
In the past we have not charged membership or subscription fees, or accepted paid advertising. However, a change in circumstances has meant that we now derive all our income from our writing and publishing endeavours and because of this we have begun to accept advertising on our websites. We are funded solely by modest sales of Beverley's books, advertising by educational and homeschool suppliers and, more importantly, by generous, voluntary gift contributions from people like you!
Your donation will help us continue to
encourage and support homeschoolers
and help them become confident with
teaching their children at home!
By deliberately choosing to try to derive an income from doing what we love - helping others get started or continue along their homeschooling journey - we aim to model sustainable small business practices. We hope that our efforts and success will encourage others, especially young homeschool graduates, to earn an income from what they believe in and what they love to do most.
To be successful long-term, we believe that we must operate through self-funding, either through sales of the books and booklets Beverley writes, through sensitive and appropriate advertising on our websites and through the generous donations of our friends in the Home Educating Community.
We are not asking for much. In fact, if every person who joined our Newsletter announce list, or participated in our online Support Group, or who used our extensive homeschool and curriculum articles Library were to contribute $10 or $20 dollars a year -- a couple of dollars a month -- we would have the funding to meet all of our financial commitments without difficulty. A gift of any size, small or large, is greatly appreciated.

Since 1988 Robin and Beverley have devoted thousands of hours annually to promoting and supporting the rapidly growing home educating community of Australia. During this time they home educated their three, now adult, children. Beverley has written and self-published many titles on home education which she sells from home. Your donation will enable them to continue to do this work for years to come!
Visit www.alwayslearningbooks.com.au for a list of books written by Beverley Paine. Beverley and Robin recently transferred ownership of Always Learning Books, the publishing business they began to promote home education in Australia, to their adult daughter, now a stay-at-home working mum with children.

Home education is a legal alternative
to school education in Australia.
State and Territory governments are
responsible for regulating home education.
Different states have different requirements, however home educating families are
able to develop curriculum and learning
programs to suit the individual needs of
their children.

The Homeschool Australia suite of websites is paid for by the revenue from Google Ads. Without this we could not continue to provide over 700 pages of information and articles to home educators. |
